1. Agreement

By participating in the DGLS Files affiliate program, you agree to these terms and to any individual partnership letter executed between you and DGLS Files.

2. Commissions

Commissions are paid per closed engagement attributable to your referral, on the schedule and at the rates set out in your individual partnership letter. Downstream funding-placement commissions, where applicable, are paid on the same referral-attribution basis.

3. Marketing Conduct

Affiliates may not misrepresent DGLS services, make outcome guarantees on our behalf, or violate the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any other applicable law. All marketing materials referencing DGLS Files must be reviewed and approved in writing.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via assigned referral codes or links. Disputes over attribution are resolved by reference to our intake records and reasonable business judgment.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time on written notice. Earned commissions on already-closed engagements are honored after termination.

6. Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
